GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM OF AL BARARI PLAYGROUND:

I, the undersigned, in my capacity as a visitor/user of Al Barari Playground (“Playground”), agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Playground and its owners, agents, employees, contracting parties, and representatives, from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activities provided by the Playground or my use/occupation of the Playground.
I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the activities provided by the Playground and I voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with these activities, including the risk of personal injury, property damage or loss, and death.
I understand and acknowledge that children must be supervised by an adult at all times while inside the Playground. Furthermore, I understand and acknowledge that it is not the staff’s responsibility to look after the visitors’ safety while visiting the Playground. Having said this, I will not hold the Playground, its employees, directors, designers, agents, third-party service providers, accountable in the event of any accidents.
I also consent to the use of any photos, videos, or recordings of me or of my child taken during the activities for marketing purposes.
I understand and acknowledge that the Playground does not provide any insurance coverage for my participation in any activities therein and -should I wish so- I am responsible for obtaining my own insurance coverage.
I understand and acknowledge that neither I nor my dependents have any physical or medical conditions that may lead to an injury by visiting the Playground and I am fully responsible for all medical costs associated with treating any injury incurred while visiting the Playground.
I understand and acknowledge that the Playground has a non-refundable policy for all services provided therein, including -without limitation- entrance tickets and birthday party bookings.
I have read this liability waiver form and fully understand its terms and conditions. I am aware that by signing this form, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Playground and I voluntarily sign this form and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
